In Preparation of your Appointment

  • The salon is a busy environment. Your booking is reserved for you only, please come alone.

  • Please respond to the confirmation text or email that is sent out prior to your appointment for confirmation of your booked time. 

  • If you wish to alter the service you have booked please contact us to ensure there is enough time allotted for an alternative service. 

  • It is very helpful if you bring appropriate photos to your appointment of what you are hoping to achieve. 

  • Any pricing on the 'Services' page are just a guide and will be confirmed during your consultation. 

  • If you are under the age of 16, parental/ guardian permission is required to proceed with your appointment. 

  • You are required to provide us with any information about your hair history (box dye’s, products used, previous chemical services) as well as any medications or allergies you may have, in order for us to provide you with a service.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations

​

  • Cancellations can be made via phone call to our reception or via email ONLY

  • Failure to provide us 24 hours notice to change or reschedule your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of your booked service.

  • Failure to attend appointment without notice, will result in a fee of 50% of your booked service.

 

*please note we do not take cancellations over text message

or via our social platforms.
